Erasmus+ Call for Student Mobilities for Studies and Traineeships – Academic Year 2026–2027
Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest (UTCB), through its International Relations Center, announces the opening of the call for Erasmus+ student mobilities for studies and traineeships to be carried out during the 2026–2027 academic year.
Application period:
16 February – 6 March 2026 (EOD)
Complete application files must be submitted in PDF format to: erasmusout@utcb.ro .
Available mobility types:
- Study Mobility (SMS) – 2–12 months at a partner university (Bachelor’s/Master’s level)
- Traineeship Mobility (SMP) – 2–12 months in a company, laboratory, or organization abroad
- Doctoral Mobility – short-term: 5–30 days and long-term: 2–12 months
Selection process calendar:
- 9 March 2026 – Selection process
- 10 March 2026 – Publication of results (CRI website & UTCB Students Teams group)
The application file must include:
- Application Form – Mobilities to EU Countries (KA131)
- Official certificate indicating the GPA of completed study years (including Semester I 2025–2026), issued by the faculty secretariat
- Europass CV and Motivation Letter (in the language of the mobility)
- Language proficiency certificate (or online language test, if applicable)
- For PhD candidates: recommendation letter, copy of diploma, academic transcripts
Financial support:
The monthly Erasmus+ grant varies depending on the host country:
- EUR 674/month – Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Iceland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden
- EUR 606/month – Bulgaria, Croatia, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Turkey, Hungary
- Travel grant – calculated using the European Commission Distance Calculator
- Inclusion support (top-up for students with fewer opportunities):
- +EUR 250 / 30 days (long-term mobilities)
- +EUR 100 (5–14 days)
- +EUR 150 (15–30 days)
