Erasmus+ Incoming Staff: Teaching and Training Mobility KA131

Whether you are participating in a teaching or training mobility, this page offers essential information to ensure a successful and enriching experience.

The financing of STA/STT incoming mobilities is done by the home university.

Application procedure

To participate in a teaching or training mobility at UTCB through the Erasmus+ Programme, you must send an email to cri@utcb.ro submitting the following documents and information:

• An updated CV in English
• A draft of the Mobility Agreement (if available); otherwise, please specify the mobility period and the topic of the mobility in the e-mail.
• An application form (attached for KA131 and for KA171)

Once your mobility is approved by the Erasmus+ coordinator/Director of Department of the faculty where you will conduct your teaching or training activity, you will receive an acceptance letter from cri@utcb.ro and you will be required to submit the following application documents by e-mail:

• Copy of ID (for EU citizens) or passport (mandatory for non-EU citizens)
• Mobility Agreement for Teaching/ Mobility Agreement for Training – approved by both parties, integrated or complementary to the existing teaching or training/training activities within UTCB.

Guidelines for completing the Mobility Agreement

• Faculty/Department: to be define from acceptance letter

• Name of the Responsible Person at the Receiving Institution

The Departmental Coordinator approves and signs the Mobility Agreement from acceptance letter.
