International students can apply for Erasmus+ exchange period at Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest RO BUCURES08 must following these steps:

Student must be nominated by home university Erasmus+ coordinator (or other person in charge) via email to erasmusin@utcb.ro.
• First semester or the entire academic year: 15th of June
• Second semester: 15th of November
After nominations you will receive an email from erasmusin@utcb.ro with the documents you need to send for your application.

The International Relations Center gives the applications to the department coordinators after the deadline. The coordinators process the applications and pass on their decision to the International Relations Center. The decision is taken according to the available places, academic level and motivation.
The acceptance/ rejection letter will be sent to the student within six weeks by e-mail.
For traineeship mobilities, students may contact the following departments that have expressed their availability to host trainees. The procedure is similar: first, the student must be nominated by their home institution through erasmusin@utcb.ro .
After the nomination, the student should contact the coordinator of the department where they wish to carry out their traineeship in order to establish the mobility period and the programme of activities.
