Graduates of the EU-CONEXUS Minor and Microcredentials Programs Awarded at the UTCB Excellence Awards Gala 2026

8 May 2026

On April 22, 2026, UTCB celebrated academic achievement, student engagement, and excellence during the Excellence Awards Gala, organized as part of the 10th edition of ConstructFEST, one of the university’s flagship events.

Over the years, ConstructFEST has become a platform for dialogue between academia, industry, public institutions, and students, promoting excellence in engineering education, research, sustainability, and interdisciplinary collaboration. This anniversary edition brought together members of the academic community, institutional partners, and representatives of the professional environment in a celebration of performance and future-oriented education.

Within this festive context, UTCB honored the graduates of the EU-CONEXUS Minor and Microcredentials programs — students who chose to enrich their academic journey through a European educational experience based on interdisciplinarity, international cooperation, and innovation.

At UTCB, excellence means not only academic results, but also intellectual courage, curiosity, and the willingness to embrace educational opportunities beyond the standard curriculum. Participation in the EU-CONEXUS programs reflects these values and contributes to the development of an international perspective and skills relevant to the challenges of contemporary society.

The awards were presented by Estefania Brănescu, Minor & Microcredentials Officer at UTCB and graduate of both EU-CONEXUS Minor programs, highlighting the university’s genuine commitment to the European educational experience promoted within the alliance.

The following graduates were awarded:

EU-CONEXUS Minor Graduates

EU-CONEXUS Microcredential Graduate

UTCB encourages students enrolled in these programs to complete their European educational pathways, and their involvement and achievements are recognized and appreciated at the institutional level.

Congratulations to all graduates, and thanks to the entire EU-CONEXUS community for contributing to the development of a connected, innovative, and future-oriented European Education Area!
